The Management Corporation does not warrant nor represent to any party that all or any of the contractors in this list has the necessary skill and/or expertise to carry out any renovation or other works for a subsidiary proprietor, tenant or occupier.
- A subsidiary proprietor, tenant or occupier is at liberty to use any contractor outside this list for renovation and other works.
- Subsidiary proprietors, tenants or occupiers should, if feasible, inform the Management Corporation of any concerns they have with the work performed by any contractor on this list.
- The Management Corporation reserves its right to continually update the contractor list
